DAMAGE TO VEHICLE
Customer’s Responsibility:
In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rental, whether or
not due to the fault of the rental customer, the customer's responsibility
for direct and accidental loss or damage to the vehicle is limited to
a maximum of $4,000 per occurrence. There is no limit, however, if vehicle
incurs loss or damage outlined below.

In caso di perdita o danni al veicolo durante l'affitto, che sia per
colpa del cliente o no, la responsabilità del cliente per qualsiasi
perdita o danni diretto ed accidentale al veicolo è limitato
ad un massimo di $4.000 per incidente. Non ci è limite, tuttavia,
se il veicolo subisce la perdita o danni descritti sotto.
Percorsi non autorizati:
L'uso degli Motorhomes non è consentito sulla Dempster Highway,
Inuvik, Northwest Territories, Mexico o la Death Valley. Alaska e Yukon,
Cassiar Highway, Alaska Highway autorizato soltanto con la sovrattassa
nordica. I veicoli non sono autorizati sulle strade indicate "altre
strade - ghiaia o terra battuta" sulle carte stradali ufficiale
della provincia o dello stato.
ASSICURAZIONE
Collision and public liability insurance in the amount of 2 million
is provided free of charge. The insurance deductible may be
reduced to various deductibles shown in the VIP column, per occurrence,
with the purchase of VIP (Vacation Interruption Protection) at $20 per
day (max. $600). It increases the liability to 5 million. VIP also covers
incurred expenses of up to the daily rate with 0 km paid by the renter
in the event of a mechanical breakdown requiring vehicle to be in for
repairs for more than 12 hours. Radio, air conditioning, fridge and
cruise control are not considered to be mechanical breakdowns. A limit
of $1500 per trip applies. Customers must present all receipts for refund
of expenses. Northern Rentals: VIP at $20 per day is available, however,
delays caused by mechanical breakdowns are not subject to refund.
L'assicurazione di responsabilità pubblica e di collisione è fornita gratis nella quantità di 2 milioni. L'assicurazione deducibile può essere ridotta ai vari deducibili indicati nella colonna "VIP", per accidente, con l'acquisto di VIP (Vacation Interuption Plan) a $20 al giorno (massimo $600). Questa assicurazione VIP aumenta la responsabilità a 5 milioni. DEPOSITI
Al momento dell' affitto chiederemo di essere pagati con un deposito
di assicurazione di $1500 o la stampa firmata della carta di credito
se l'assicurazione VIP è comprato. I depositi di $1500 con assicurazione
standard saranno incastolati. Il deposito è rimborsabile al ritorno
del veicolo se è stato restituito: In tempo, intatto, pulito,
l'apparecchiatura completa, serbatoi aque usate vuoti ed serbatoio di
gazolina riempito. Un deposito pagato tramite carta di credito verrà
rimborsato sulla stessa carta di credito. Per i driver sotto 25 anni,
l'assicurazione di VIP è obbligatoria.
Aventure Voyages is not responsible for hotel charges, car rental or any other incidental or consequential costs in the event of a breakdown. (See Insurance for refunds, under VIP breakdown coverage). A report to Aventure Voyages/ICBC and/or Police must be filed in case of an accident, any damage to vehicle, vandalism, fire or theft, otherwise insurance is null and void.
