Vehicle pick up and drop off:
Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto:
The motorhomes are usually handed out between 09:00am and noon.
In case your arrival would be after noon, you can pick your
motorhome until 03:00 pm
Important Note:
No late delivery of a motorhome after 3:00 pm
Vehicle drop off: between 09:00am and 11:00am
on your last rental day.
Convenience Kit (see detail):
$80 per person, with no regards to rental duration (5th &
6th convenience kits are free of charges).
Preparation and transfers
$ 60 (full propane, chemicals...). You will not be asked to
return the vehicle with full propane tanks. However, gas tank
needs to be full and waste waters tanks need to be emptied
prior to returning the vehicle. Failure to do so will generate
extra costs.
Transfers are invoiced $60 per rental
- Calgary: complimentary transfer from airport hotel or
downtown hotel. No transfer available directly from the airport
- Vancouver:complimentary transfer from airport hotel or downtown hotel. No transfer
available directly from the airport
- Toronto: complimentary transfer from airport hotel or
specific downtown hotels. No transfer available directly from
the airport. Please contact us for a list of downtown hotels
allowing for complimentary transfer.
We would be very happy to take care of your hotel booking
if your arrival date doesn't match with the time when your
motorhome will be available. Contact us for hotel suggestions
and details.
One Ways:
Vancouver – Calgary : $500 (2 weeks minimum rental)
Calgary - Vancouver : $800 (2 weeks minimum rental)
One ways between Vancouver or Calgary to Toronto or reverse are
not permitted unless special agreement is made
Northern surcharge (Alaska, Yukon): $400 (3 weeks minimum rental)
Discounts :
27 to 44 days : - 5% on daily rate total
45 days and more: -10% on daily rate total
Early Bird booking:
- 15 % discount on daily rate for any rental
booked prior to December 31, 2008. Balance due prior to January
31, 2009.
- 10% discount on daily rate for any rental
booked prior to January 31, 2008. Balance due prior to February
7, 2009
- 5% discount on daily rate for any rental
booked prior to February 28, 2008. Balance due prior to March
7, 2009

Early
Return :
Early returns are not refunded.
Safety Deposit:
A Safety deposit of $1500 taken off a credit card account
will be required at the time you pick up your vehicle.
This deposit is refunded in full upon vehicle's return in good
condition (not damaged and cleaned, fuel tanks filled, waste
tanks emptied). See the insurance
details page.
Basic Insurance
The basic insurrance is included in the daily rates. The
maximum deductible in case of accident is 5000 $.
Under the basic insurrance, the deposit of $1500 will be processed
on a credit card.
VIP Insurance:
You can reduce the amount of your deductible as well as the
deposit by subscribing to our CDR (Collision Deductible Reduction)
insurrance at time of booking or on the day you pick up your
vehicle.
20$/jour. Maximum deductible reduced to 1500 $.
The safety deposit will then be a simple credit card imprint,
not processed.
