handed out between 13:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday
The vehicle must be returned between 08:00 am
and 10:00 am on rental last day
Transfers:
Your transfer to the rental base is included in the above
rates, from the airport or from an airport hotel in Montréal
(Trudeau Airport) and Québec (Jean Lesage airport), between
noon and 14:00 Monday to Friday. Please note that there are
no transfers possible from a downtown hotel in Montreal or
Quebec.
We would gladly arrange a hotel room for you should your arrival
time not correspond to the transfer scheduled time.
Your transfer to the airport on rental last day is also
included (last transfer to the airport: 10:30 am)
There are no pick up possible on Saturday, Sunday and statutory
holidays.
Please note that transfers to a downtown
hotel in Montreal or Quebec are not included in the above rates.
Convenience Kits :
Kitchen kit (cookingware): $100 per vehicle
Bed linens, dishes and cutlery: from $45 per person
Baby seat, camping chairs, TV, GPS, toaster etc... upon request.
Long term rental discounts :
From 28 to 45 days : 5% discount on the daily rate
45 days or more : 10% discount on the daily rate
"Early Bird" discounts:
- The 2007 rates will be applied on any rental taking place
in 2008 if booked and confirmed prior to September 30, 2007
- - 15 % discount on daily rate for any
rental of 2 weeks or more, booked prior to December 29, 2007.
Balance due prior to February 28, 2008.
- 10% discount on daily rate for any
rental of 2 weeks or more,
booked prior to February 28, 2008. Balance due prior to March
31, 2008

Payment:
$500 at time booking is made.
Booking: Montréal and Québec,
CAD$500:
Payment possible by credit card through the Paypal system (see
http://www.paypal.com).
Booking and/or balance payment:
By wire transfer in Canadian dollars only, wire transfer fees
and exchange commission to be paid by wire transfer issuer.
Balance
payment must be made at least 30 days prior to rental start
date.
Vehicle drop off:
The vehicle must be dropped off at the base on the rental
last day between 8:30 am and 10:00 am. Late returns will be
charged CAD$30/hr, up to 4 hours. Vehicles returned more than
4 hours late will be charged a full rental day.
Early returns do not allow for any refund.
You can choose to pick your vehicle in Montreal and return
it in Quebec or vice versa (depending on availability). One
way fees are CAD$300.
Drivers:
Minimum age is 25. A valid driver's licence together with a
proof of residency in the country where the DL was issued
are valid documents to rent a motorhome in Canada. It isn't
necessary to show an International DL.
Rentals to drivers aged between 21 and 24 are allowed on B21,
C22 and C24 only. The CDW/VIP insurance is mandatory for such
drivers (CAD$20/day)
Additional driver: CAD$6/day
Restrictions:
Some restrictions apply for certain territories/itineraries
(Northern Territories, Nunavut...). Please contact us for
more.
Safety Deposit :
A safety deposit will be required at time the rental contract
is signed. The deposit will be refunded in full after vehicle
return provided that the unit is returned undammaged, in a
satisfactory state of cleanliness, and once all pending payments
are cancelled (full gas tank, empty holding tanks, additional
mileage...)
The amount of the deposit will be of $1500 with the basic insurance
(CDW) included in the daily rate.
The deposit will be of only $500 if you opt for the VIP insurance.
The deposit is taken off a credit card, and refunded on the
same credit card. No deposit refunds are possible in cash in
any circumstances.
Insurance:
Insurance CDW included in the daily rates: deductible of
$1,500.00
Insurance CDW/VIP, at $20/day: deductible of $500.00
Insurance USA: $100 per rental (mandatory for any travel to
the US)
Availabilities:
Rentals from Montreal and Quebec are very popular. It is advised
to book a motorhome prior to March for rentals in high season
in order to be sure to have the vehicle you want at the time
you want it.
As of mid- March, availabilities are very limited and we may
not be able to provide you with the requested unit.
