Mileage
The above rates don't include the kilometers.
You get kilometers in
- buying the 100 km/ day package ($30/day)
-
buying 500 km blocks at the time your booking is made ($150 / 500 km)
- buying as many km as needed ($0.37/km) or paying for all km at time of vehicle return ($0.37/km)
Unlimited Mileage option : this option is possible for 14 days minimum rentals at our "all inclusive" rates.
Convenience Kit (see detail):
$80 per person, per rental (max 4, 5th and 6th conv. kits free)
Preparation
$150 for airport or hotel transfers, full propane tanks, toilet paper, chemicals.
Preparation cost reduced to $75 without transfers.
Transfers included in your rental total
- Calgary : transfer from/to airport hotel
- Vancouver : transfer from/to airport hotel or city center hotel
- Toronto : transfer from/to airport hotel only. Toronto city center transfers on Mondays only.
Note
Transfers are guaranteed from 8 am to 2 pm. There are no transfers after 2 pm
Depending on your arrival time, you may have to spend a night at the hotel. Let us know if you would need any assistance in selecting or booking your hotel.
Vehicle Pick Up and Drop Off : Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto
Vehicle pick up on the first day between 10 am and 3 pm.
Should your arrival time be after 1 pm, you will most likely be too late (customs, luggage, driving time to base) and need to overnight in town.
Vehicle drop off : between 8 and 10 am on rental last day. Late return charged cdn$50/hr and airport transfers cancelled.
No Sunday vehicle drop off in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto.

Calgary - Vancouver : $700
There are no one way possible between Toronto and Vancouver (or Calgary) and vice versa. However, should you wish to rent a motorhome in Eastern Canada and then in Western Canada, we will be happy to study some very interesting special offers.

Long Term Discounts
27 to 41 days : - 5% on the daily rates
42 days or more : -10% on the daily rates
Early Bird Discounts
- 15% discount for any booking received before September 30
- 10% discount for any booking received between October 1st, 2010and January 31, 2011
- 5% discount for any booking received between Februrary 1st and 28th, 2011

Payment
$300 upon booking.
Payments for booking are possible by Credit Card through Paypal (see http://www.paypal.com), or by wire transfer in Canadian dollars.
Balance payment requested 30 days before rental date, by wire transfer in Canadian dollars.
Balance payment possible by wire transfer in Canadian dollars by credit card through PayPal with a 3.5% fee
Anticipated return:
There is no refund in case of an anticipated return.
Safety deposit :
- A cleaning safety deposit $150 / $250 depending on the vehicle will be taken on a credit card in the event of the unit would not be returned in a satisfactorily clean condition.
- A safety deposit will be required at time of vehicle pick up.
Credit card imprint only, max deductible $1,500.00
