Quebec hollidays in 2011 are : April 22 and 25, May 23, June 24, July 1st, September 5 and October 10.
Minimum Rental & Early Returns :
1 week minimum rental
2 weeks minimum on one-way rentals between Montreal and Quebec or vice versa.
2 weeks minimum rental between November 1st, 2010 and March 31, 2011
No refunds for early returns.
Mileage :
You can opt for a package including 100 or 250 km.
You can also buy additionnal km blocs (500 km) at a cost of
$150 ( $0.30/ km instead of $0.37/km upon vehicle return if
you drove more than the included km).
Transfers :
From airport hotels near the Montreal International Airport (Trudeau
Airport) or Quebec International Airport (Jean Lesage
Airport) to the rental base
between noon and 14:00 Monday to Friday.
No tansfer will be made to/from Montreal or Quebec city center.
Last transfer from the hotel
at 14:00, last transfer to the Airport or airport hotel at
10:30
Please let us know if you would like us to make arrangements
at a Montreal or Quebec airport hotel and we will gladly do
so.
Convenience Kits and preparation:
Preparation: $160 Includes transfers, propane and chemical products for the toilets. Without transfers, the preparation will be invoiced at $80 only
Convenience kits: $80 per person (see

Crockery only: $150 per rental
Child seat:
$70/rental (booking in advance is mandatory)
Camping chairs: $10/chair/rental
Camping table: $20/table/rental
Other items such as GPS, bike rack, toaster etc. available upon request.
Long term discounts :
28 to 42 days : 5% discount on the daily rate
42 days or more : 10% discount on the daily rate

Availability :
We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle equivalent or
larger at no extra cost to the customer.
Booking and Payment :
To reserve a vehicle we require a $500 deposit which can
be made by wire transfer or by Visa through the
PayPal system (see http://www.paypal.com)
Final payment
is due 30 days prior to date of pick up.
Final payments can
be made in bank draft or money order, or by Visa through the
PayPal system (add 3.5% to balance amount for credit card payments).
Returning your vehicle :
The unit must be returned on the last rental day between
09:00 and 10:00
Late returns will be invoiced $40/hour for the first 4 hours.
Late returns of more than 4 hours will be invoiced as a full
day rental.
There are no refunds for early returns whatever the reason
of the early return.
Driver Requirements :
All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and have a valid
driver's licence. An Internationa Driver's Licence is not necessary.
For drivers
between 21 and 25 years of age, rentals are possible on B21,
C22 and C24/25 only, with a mandatory CDW/VIP insurance at a
cost of $20/day
Additional driver : $8/day
Restrictions :
Some restrictions apply in the Northern Territories. Please

Security Deposit :
A security deposit will be taken on a credit card at the
time of vehicle pick up for the amount of the deductible for
the insurance option you will have chosen ($1,500 with the CDW
option, $500 with the CDW/VIP option).
The security deposit will be refunded on the same credit card
upon vehicle return provided that the vehicle is returned in
a satisfactory state of cleanliness, in time, with a full fuel
tank and sump tanks emptied.
Insurance :
CDW Insurance: deductible of $1,500.00 ($3,000.00 off roads)
included in the daily rates.
CDW/VIP Insurance: deductible of $500.00 ($1,500.00 off roads)
can be purchased for $20/day
Travel to the United States: $150 per rental (mandatory)
Availabilities:
Availabilities for the summer months are very limited as soon
as March. It is advisable to book prior to March 2011 to
be sure to have the unit you want at the period you want
during the busy months of June, July and August !
