Taxes:
All taxes are included in our rates
Mileage:
Rates include 250 km/day. Unlimited mileage included for rentals
over 4 weeks.
Additional km: 0,30 US$
Transfer from/to airport (Buenos Aires)
Airport or hotel transfer to the rental base will be charged
US$60 (two ways).
Vehicle delivery or return on Saturdays or Sundays : US$60
If you so wish, we can make arrangements and bookings for your
first night accommodation in case your arrival date doesn't
match with your first rental day.
Vehicles can be delivered/dropped off in selected cities (additional
charges apply, see below)
"One Way" rentals
One way rentals are possible depending on the vehicle
availability and for 4 weeks rentals minimum.

Driving to Chile and Uruguay :
You can cross the Chilean and Uruguayan border with
your unit, provided that certain notary documents are prepared
in advance. Cost for these documents is US$110. You will need
to provide us with detailed information (you and your party's
names, addresses, driver's licences references etc.) in due time
in order for us to process the paperwork prior to your arrival.
Convenience Kit :
Bed sheets, blankets, pillows and pillowcases, kitchenware and
cutlery, tools, searchlight and more included for a maximum
of 6 persons per unit (2 in the Compact2, 4 in the Compact4,
2 in the PickUp Campers).
Camping gear :
Table, chairs, sleeping bags, inflatable mattress, 2 burners Coleman
type gas cooker, all kitchenware and cuttlery, search light etc.
Preparation:
The vehicle preparation is included in the rental rates (full
fuel tank, propane, chemicals...). It isn't necessary to refill
the propane before returning the unit. Fuel tank must be refilled
and sump tanks emptied prior to vehicle return. Failure to do
so will result in additional charges (cost of refuelling and emptying
sump tank).
A deposit for cleaning will be asked for the amount of USD250.
The deposit will be returned once the vehicle is back in a clean
condition.
Payment:
30% upon reservation, full balance payment one month prior to
rental date.
Payments accepted by wire transfer, certified check in US$ only. Credit
card payment accepted through the Paypal system after a 3% addition
to the invoice total.
Please note that most of our vehicles are booked about 4 months
in advance! Please act quickly if you want to rent a motorhome
in Argentina with us...
Cancellation:

31 days or more
prior to start date: 25% of the total invoice will be retained

There are no
refunds for early returns

Insurance:
Basic insurance (liability) is included in the rental invoice
that will be sent to you.
Use of the vehicles is limited to "the normal use of a recreational
vehicle".
It is forbidden to carry more passengers than the number of seatbelts
in the units, or more weight than the maximum weight for which
the unit is intended to carry. Insurance doesn't cover damages
to the vehicle or any other party in theses situations.
Only those persons registered as drivers on the rental contract
shall drive the units.
The renter is responsible for any infraction to the legislation
while driving the motorhome in Argentina and Chile.
The safety deposit is of US$1000.
The deductible is of US$1000 per occurence.
