Paymentt:

	30% of total invoice at time of registration
	Full payment required if registration takes place 30 days or less prior to departure

Payments to be made in Euros only, by cheque or major credit card (Visa, Master or Amex)

Cancellation - Refund policy

	Full refund minus wire transfer charges if your cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to departure
	50% of our downpayment if cancellation takes place between 60 and 30 days prior to departure
	There will be no refund if you cancel less than 30 days prior to departure, unless we find another participant to take your place
