1. RESPONSABILITY
Each participant is responsible for his own passport and necessary visas. The skipper is the sole judge of travel plans. Neither he nor 69 NORD AS can be held responsible for delays caused by bureaucratic administration, aerial transport companies, weather conditions, ice conditions or technical mishaps. There will be no indemnity or damages for a late return to port.

2. CANCELLATION In case of cancellation on your part, the installment already paid will be retained by " 69 NORD AS". In case of cancellation on our part, you can choose between transferring your application to a different voyage or of being reimbursed the monies that you have so far paid.

3. COSTS REVISION
The price for each voyage has been calculated on the Exchange Rate current on September 30th, 2006. Our prices might need reviewing if there is a major change in International Exchange Rates. Our new tarifs would be communicated to you before we validated your application. For crew members already accepted, the fees will be frozen at the rate applicable one month before the departure date.

4. REGISTRATION
Your registration will be confirmed on the receipt of your application and your pre payment of fees. Your initial fee consisting of : - 30% of the full price of the voyage on booking over 60 days ahead. - 60% if booked between 60 and 30 days. - 100% if booked less than 30 days to departure

5. FEES
- 30% with your registration. Balance payment to be made one month prior to cruise start date
- Full payment required at time of registration if registration made 30 days or less prior to start date.
A delay in payment after that date will be considered a cancellation on your part.

6. AGREEMENT
Your registration to a cruise on board Southern Star, once received by us, implies that you agree with all our conditions listed above and have valid individual insurance for evacuation, assistance and accident.

7. LITIGATION
Litigation or other disputes will be referred to the Tromsø Court of Law.
